Swimming makes me hungry

Trey loves hitting the pool and we do it a couple of times a week. He swims hard and then is always ready for a snack. He loves to lay on his chair and munch on peanut butter crackers. We spend more time preparing and arriving to the pool then we do in it!!!

Practice for Trey

Our good friends the McGees came over for dinner with their new addition, Meredith. Meredith was 4 weeks old that day and Trey just couldn't get enough of her. Meredith's mommy is very laid back and let Trey hold and kiss on her. It was beyond precious!!! Trey can't wait until he officially is a big brother.

Happy Father's Day

Trey and I tried our best to make Daddy feel special on his day! We delivered the paper and chocolate milk to him in bed. We made waffles and fruit salad for breakfast and we surprised him with his gifts. No, we just didn't give him a new trash can. Chuck got a new shirt and his very own pair of Keen shoes like Trey's. We love you Daddy!

Mowing Men

Trey loves the weekends because Dad is home all day and they can enjoy projects together. Trey absolutely loves mowing the lawn with his dad. Just a few short months ago a ride on the mower always put the little guy to sleep. Now he is much too involved to relax into a slumber.

Gardening with Woody

Trey and Woody are the best tillers in town!!! Trey especially loved pitching out the rocks and sticks tilled up.

Firefighter Trey

Trey loves everything about fighting fires! He has a favorite book called Firefighters to the Rescue, he has been to a fire station, and has sat in a real live truck more than once. Thanks to our good friends, the Davidsons, Trey has his own fire coat and hat. He wore them for the majority of the morning despite the hot temperatures outside.

Cousin Play Time

Trey was so lucky to have a visit from his cousin. Uncle Fletcher and Bennett spent the afternoon and night with CeCe and Pops. Bennett and Trey played in the wagon, kicked the soccer ball, played with the train and rode Uncle Fletcher's horsie legs. There were tons of shrieks, lots of laughs, and very few tears!!!
