Chuck and Another Triathlon

Chuck completed yet another triathlon. However, due to high winds from the hurricane, the swim was canceled. Chuck biked 26 miles and then ran 6 miles. Of course his tri buddy Brannon was there along with the whole McKim clan. Trey and Maddox had the most fun running wild!

Sweet Girl

Waller is growing every single day and she is the sweetest girl with the best disposition. She has really started talking to us and will give you the best smiles that will melt your heart. I wish I could send all of you a hug and kiss from her.

Pippa's Surprise Party

We really surprised Pippa!!! She thought she was going to celebrate another boring old birthday with burgers at our house - not so! Trey was put on distraction duty. We sent him to spend the day with Pippa while CeCe and I got my house ready. Woody invited Pippa's close friends over and Chuck sealed the deal when he called his mom to say happy birthday and told her that he didn't have any hamburger meat for the burgers. Pippa's most favorite present was a weekend visit from Betsy! It was a fun night!

Turkey Friend

We have a turkey who roams the neighborhood and she really loves our back yard. "What about our ferocious guard dog?" I know you all must be wondering. Our turkey visits when Belle is working on her beauty sleep. I swear by next week it will be knocking on our back door.

Chuck was in charge of stripping our bed sheets while watching Waller. He took the opportunity to snap some precious photos of his little angel.

A Visit from Greatgrandparents Smith

Momma B and Daddy Arch came for a wonderful visit. Trey showed off all of his latest tricks and Waller just looked beautiful!

Waller's Sip-n-See

My good friends hosted a wonderful evening at Mom's house where we were able to show Waller off to all of our friends. There were precious decorations and, of course, lots of pink!

August Update

I am going to do my best to sum up August for everyone in one post, so bear with me. Waller just keeps getting bigger. She and Trey are becoming great buddies. They both equally adore one another. Trey got a scooter and more importantly, a helmet!!! I turned 30, Waller had her friend Meredith over, Trey plays rough with the boys, and I finally caught Waller's chubby smile on camera! Whew - I need to do a much better job posting.
